Ministry Opportunities

God is calling faithful men and women to serve as pastors in remote mountain villages, where many people have never had the opportunity to hear the Gospel or be part of a local church. These pastors faithfully answer that call, often leaving behind comfort and stability to serve communities with great spiritual and practical needs.
To establish a lasting ministry, each pastor needs three essential forms of support:
A Home – Safe and stable housing allows pastors and their families to live in the communities they are called to serve.
A Church Building – A dedicated place where people can gather to worship, study God's Word, pray together, and build lasting relationships.
Monthly Sponsorship – Ongoing financial support provides for basic living expenses and enables pastors to focus on sharing the love of Christ, discipling new believers, and caring for their communities.
Your partnership helps make it possible for these pastors to introduce people to Jesus, often for the very first time, while providing faithful spiritual leadership and discipleship for years to come.
Together, we can equip those whom God has called and help bring the hope of the Gospel to mountain villages throughout Guatemala.

For many families, the local garbage dump has become more than a place to search for recyclable materials—it has become home. Mothers and their children face unimaginable hardship as they struggle each day to find food, shelter, and hope.
Through the faithful ministry of a local church, lives are beginning to change.
The church has built 15 housing units that now provide safe shelter for women and their children who were previously living at the garbage dump. Each morning, these families receive a nutritious meal and are surrounded by a caring church community that offers love, encouragement, and the hope of Jesus Christ.
The need, however, is far greater than the available housing. Many men, women, and children still live at the dump. To serve them, the church provides temporary shelter materials and continues to care for those who are waiting for permanent housing.
Our vision extends beyond meeting immediate physical needs. We are working to create opportunities that help families build a brighter future. Plans include constructing additional housing and offering practical vocational training such as sewing, computer skills, small business development, and other life skills that can lead to sustainable employment and greater independence.
By providing safe housing, daily meals, education, job training, and the life-changing message of the Gospel, we believe families can move from surviving to thriving.
Your partnership can help build more homes, feed more families, equip women with valuable skills, and share the hope of Christ with those who need it most. Together, we can help restore dignity, create opportunity, and transform lives—one family at a time.

Many mountain villages in Guatemala have little or no access to basic medical care. For families living in these remote communities, even minor illnesses and injuries can become serious challenges simply because medical services are hours away or unavailable.
Our Medical Clinic Ministry seeks to bring compassionate, Christ-centered healthcare directly to these communities.
Through mobile, pop-up clinics, teams of volunteer doctors, nurses, and medical professionals travel to villages to provide basic medical evaluations, treatment, medications, health education, and referrals when additional care is needed. While many of the conditions treated are common and preventable, meeting these basic healthcare needs can have a lasting impact on the health and well-being of entire families.
Each clinic is hosted by the local church, making it more than just a medical outreach. It is an opportunity for the church to demonstrate the love of Jesus through practical service while building relationships within the community. As physical needs are met, families are also introduced to the hope found in Christ and invited to become part of a local body of believers that will continue to care for them long after the clinic has ended.
Our vision is to establish a network of rotating medical clinics that regularly serve mountain villages throughout the region, ensuring that more people receive both compassionate healthcare and the hope of the Gospel.
Your partnership helps provide medical supplies, medications, transportation, and support for the volunteer medical teams who are bringing healing, hope, and the love of Christ to communities that need it most.

Construction is one of the most practical and lasting ways to meet physical needs while creating opportunities for the Gospel to take root in communities throughout Guatemala. Every building represents more than bricks and mortar—it becomes a place where lives are transformed, families are strengthened, and hope is shared.
We are seeking both financial partners and volunteer construction teams to help make these projects a reality.
Current construction priorities include:
Housing for women and their children transitioning from life at the garbage dump.
Pastor and pastoral family housing to support those serving in remote mountain villages.
Church buildings where communities can gather for worship, discipleship, and outreach.
Schools that provide quality education while creating opportunities to share the love of Christ with children and families.
Medical clinics that bring compassionate healthcare and Gospel-centered ministry to villages with little or no access to medical services.
Our goal is to begin construction on pastor housing and medical clinics within our first six months of serving in Guatemala. Because building materials and labor costs are significantly lower than in the United States, every donation goes much further. For example, with volunteer labor, a pastor's home can be built for approximately $20,000, providing a permanent place for a pastor and family to live and minister within the community they are called to serve.
Whether you choose to give financially, serve on a construction team, or sponsor a specific project, your partnership will help create places where lives are changed for generations to come. Together, we can build homes, churches, schools, and clinics that serve as lasting reminders of God's love and faithfulness.scription
